About Our Hampers

Q: What types of hampers do you offer?
A: We offer two main categories: Classic Hampers and Seasonal Hampers. Classic Hampers are available year-round, while Seasonal Hampers change throughout the year to reflect each season. Both collections feature uniquely curated, themed hampers filled with gourmet foods, premium drinks, and luxury gift items.

Q: Are your hampers suitable for special dietary requirements?

Q: Can I customise my hamper?
A: Absolutely. Many of our hampers can be personalised. You can add items, include a message card, or even create a fully bespoke hamper. Please contact hello@hampershire.co.uk to discuss customisation.


Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose your hamper, add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout. After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other common UK online payment methods.

Q: Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
A: Yes. We offer corporate gifting and bulk order options. Contact our customer service team for pricing and customisation.


Delivery Information

Q: Do you deliver across the UK?
A: Yes, we deliver to all UK mainland addresses using Royal Mail.

Q: Do you offer next-day delivery?
A: Yes. Orders placed before our cut-off time (usually midday) can be delivered the next working day. Royal Mail 24 is available for faster delivery. Please note that delivery times may extend during peak seasons.

Q: Can I schedule a delivery date?
A: Scheduling may be available—please contact our delivery partner for arrangements or enquiries.

Q: Do you deliver internationally?
A: Currently, we primarily deliver within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us.


Packaging & Presentation

Q: How are the hampers packaged?
A: Our hampers are beautifully presented in sustainable kraft boxes to offer excellent value while reducing environmental impact. A complimentary message card is included with every order.

Q: Will pricing be included in the hamper?
A: No. We never include receipts or pricing inside gift hampers. Your email confirmation serves as your receipt.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What if my hamper arrives damaged?
A: If your hamper arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly. Email us at hello@hampershire.co.uk.

Q: Can I return a hamper?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our items, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue or you received the wrong item. Please contact hello@hampershire.co.uk for help.
